The location of all AIWA meetings is at 3928 Illinois St. San Diego, CA. Many Nations in Recovery facility. Chet A. Hunt Community Center. AIWA is welcome to utilize the facilities in a respectful manner. (It is two blocks east of 30th St. and one-half block North of University Ave. on the west side of the street.)

CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at 07:00 Oct 4, 2006 by President Ronnie Murphy. Prayer was given by Ronnie.

OLD BUSINESS-

Paula Brim donated 40.00$ for USO Gary and Ida will get blankets on her behalf.

NEW BUSINESS-

Tom Lidot and Dr Mario Garrett from San Diego State University stopped by to talk about a project they are on with the help of Indian Health Council’s Native American Research Center for Health. Halloween party at Oak Park Elementary School on the 18th of Oct.

Jerry brought up a motion to pay past tax lien and Jouguin 2nd the motion and motion carried!

Ida – Talks about property and house she is looking at.

Ivan- Where are all the members? Speaks about Warriors Symposium.

Ron- Glad to be here at the meeting is feeling much better! Glad to do sage and that members not arguing and give prayers for Leslie.
