BRING YOUR NOVEMBER COPY OF MINUTES TO DECEMBER MEETING
The location of all AIWA meetings is at 3928 Illinois St. San Diego, CA. Many Nations in Recovery facility. Chet A. Hunt Community Center. AIWA is welcome to utilize the facilities in a respectful manner. (It is two blocks east of 30th St. and one-half block North of University Ave. on the west side of the street.)

Officer Reports:

President: Ivan Sam- Present
- We need to get back into the swing of things as far as AIWA.
- Viejas Powwow Lunch Saturday.
- Boarder Patrol Event

Vice President: Henry Mendibles- Present
- Emergency fund motion was passed last meeting. Motion was second and pass with a quorum 5. Needs to be approved a head of time. 200 dollars limitation with a 100 mile limitation.

Secretary: Richard DeCrane- Present
- Has selection Ballot's.

Treasurer: George Hyde - Present
- Received and deposited Camp Pendleton Honorarium
- Two new members joined and paid annual dues.
- Found a book on Native flags, has contact info if you would like to buy or order one.

Master at Arms: Gary Burrill- Roy Cook acting.
- Motion to improve communication for 2009. Pass 6 approved with 3 apposed.
- Joaquin S. has flag.

Event Coordinator: Ronnie Murphy
- Need a list of people - e-mail.
- Border Patrol event Nov 25. Need a list of people to comment: Ronnie, Ivan needs a ride, Roy, Aurthor.
- Nov 11 Vet day event Santa Ysabel Honorarium.
- Possible Honorarium for Don @ Santa Ysabel, 13 Dec 2008. TBA.
- We need more communication via e-mail or phone call for events.
- Nov 15 Thanksgiving Dinner e-mail flyer to Ronnie.

Tax ID issue Joaquin:
- Work in progress.
Cap on funds:
- A work in progress - Need guidelines and application.
- Tabled until we get more info from old members - What is the original goal
Plaque:
- Sister and son were contact. Will be sending DD-214.
Native Vet Medal:
- Every one has got medals.
