AIWA MONTHLY MINUTES
July 6, 2011

American Indian Warriors Association Meeting called to order for business at 7:15pm by AIWA President William Buchannan.

Excellent Pizza, tacos, pan dulce and power bars! Barbra Pepi is glad to be back from vacation. Joaquin S. is also in attendance.

Officer reports:
William B reported on AIWA Color Guard duties at IB pow wow, Gourd dance at Pechanga and AIWA Color Guard at Viejas graduation.

Roy C reported on the United Veterans Council meeting and disseminated San Diego Veterans information and events.

New business:
La Jolla SDVHC will be presenting a Native American Heritage month in November. It is to be a pow wow program under the direction of Chuck Cadotte. Discussion followed.

AIWA Veterans Meeting adjourned: 8:10 pm.
